How do I place a retail order?
Select the item you would like to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.   This will add this product to your Cart.
• Once you are finished view your order in your Cart and double check the quantity for each product.

(Our minimum order value is $50.00 (excluding the shipping charge)

• Once you have finished shopping click Proceed to Checkout and follow the steps to register your details, ensuring your state and postcode have been entered correctly.  The relevant freight charge will be added to your order at this stage which will then allow you to finalise your payment either via Paypal or Credit Card. If you are unable to proceed past the step:

"PLEASE SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD"  please contact us on 03 9706 6214 to have your order completed.

Your order will be acknowledged by return email as soon as it has been submitted.
A subsequent email will be sent notifying you when your order has been shipped.


Can I place an order from outside Australia?

Is there a Minimum order requirement?

Shopping for personal use (RETAIL):
Yes, our minimum order value is $50.00 (excluding the shipping charge)

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD

 


What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
We will notify you as soon as possible that the item is out of stock; and arrange to adjust your order accordingly and advise you as soon as possible.  
If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to re-deliver your order with an additional delivery charge based on the new location. 
(Please note: You are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession and / or the order has been left at the delivery address)



How fast will my order be shipped?
As most items are usually in stock, your order will be ready for shipping within 48-72 hours from our Dandenong, Victoria warehouse.
The speed of delivery depends on where you are located.  General delivery times are as follows:  
Within Australia -  between 1 - 7 working days depending on location (can be up to 10 working days for remote areas)
Terms and conditions of Australia Post or TNT Couriers apply.

 

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No sorry we do not. An address must be provided.

 

 

What if I haven’t received my order?
Please contact customer service by phone or email if your order has not been received within 14 days of placement.

 


What is your return policy?
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase however please understand that all claims must be lodged WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt of goods.  Goods can only be returned with our written authorisation. 
For Damaged Goods: Please advise us immediately upon receipt via email, phone or fax.

 


Are any Aware Environmental products tested on animals?
No, none of our products are tested on animals.
